Africa now has its own Bitcoin Treasury company. ESV Capital, founded by Gaius Chibueze (popularly known as Bitcoin Chief), has launched to become the continent’s first and largest Bitcoin Treasury. This pioneering financial model combines digital asset reserves, automated trading, and venture funding for startups.

Modeled after MicroStrategy’s global Bitcoin strategy but tailored for Africa’s needs, ESV Capital is designed to accumulate Bitcoin and Solana in long term reserves while reinvesting profits into African entrepreneurs and traders.

“Africa has never had a Bitcoin Treasury company,” said Gaius Chibueze. “We are building Africa’s version of MicroStrategy, but with a uniquely African mission: to fund innovation, create jobs, and make Africa a major player in the Bitcoin economy.”

How ESV Capital Works

At its core, ESV Capital operates as both a Bitcoin Treasury and a Venture Capital Fund. Its model is powered by three pillars:
1. Bitcoin and Solana Treasury

  • The company buys and holds Bitcoin and Solana as long term digital asset reserves.
  • This hedge against inflation and currency devaluation provides stability in volatile African economies.
    1. Staking and Rewards
  • Anyone worldwide can stake ESVC tokens and earn 20% annual rewards paid in USDC.
  • Stakers also unlock access to ESV Pitch Days, where entrepreneurs can pitch business ideas for funding.
    1. Startup and Traders Funding
  • ESV Capital reinvests treasury profits into African startups and provides capital for skilled forex and crypto traders through its Traders Incubator program.
  • To pitch a business idea, participants must be a part of the community to qualify for in person Pitch Days.

The Automated Trading Bot

One of ESV’s key innovations is its Automated Trading Bot software, which executes Bitcoin and Solana trades hands free on behalf of subscribers.

  • Subscribers connect their Binance accounts via API and set their capital allocation while staying in control of their capital and profit.
  • The bot runs a compounding strategy, targeting consistent returns by buying dips and selling for profit.
  • A portion of all subscription fees and software sales revenue flows back into the ESV Treasury, further strengthening reserves and funding rewards payouts for community members.

This means every trade, subscription, and staking reward contributes to growing Africa’s Bitcoin Treasury.

Sustainability Through Buybacks

Each week, 10% of treasury inflows are allocated to buying back ESVC tokens from the market. These tokens are stored in the Affiliate Rewards Wallet and used to pay promoters while also reducing circulating supply and creating a deflationary pressure that supports token value growth.

Treasury Allocation Model

For example, every $100 that enters the treasury is distributed transparently:

  • 40% Solana (Treasury Growth)
  • 20% Bitcoin (Treasury Growth)
  • 20% USDC (Community Rewards Payout Pool)
  • 10% Startup and Traders Fund Wallet
  • 10% ESVC Market Buyback

All wallet addresses are publicly viewable on chain for transparency and accountability.

Why This Matters for Africa

While global firms like MicroStrategy and Tesla have made headlines for adding Bitcoin to their balance sheets, Africa has largely been absent from the institutional Bitcoin conversation.

ESV Capital’s model changes that. By tying Bitcoin reserves directly to African innovation and venture funding, it creates a uniquely African financial engine:

  • A hedge against weak currencies
  • A new source of startup capital
  • A transparent system for traders to access funding
  • A bridge between global digital asset markets and African economies

About ESV Capital

ESV Capital is Africa’s first Bitcoin Treasury Company. The company buys and holds Bitcoin and Solana as long term reserves while rewarding community members with USDC rewards, funding African startups, and supporting traders with capital. Through its Automated Trading Bot and weekly token buybacks, ESV Capital is pioneering a sustainable and transparent model for treasury backed venture funding in Africa.
